Description of Responsibilities:
Overall Coordination – schedule meetings, recruit coaches, register teams.
Division Meetings – attend FGLL meetings and report to coaches.
Equipment – survey coaches to make sure bags complete. Purchase what is needed.
Uniforms – coordinate uniform order from registration. Place order and distribute.
Ref Confirmation – communicate with refs for home games on Wed prior.
Off-Season Development – task force to coordinate players.
Steering Committee – Group to drive player development, coach development and player recruitment
Banquet – schedule space, create flier, send to coaches, order pizza, cookies, drinks, get volunteers to serve and clean-up.
